Meet Ridgeline Youth Theatre
Our theatre takes place on Darug and Gundungurra land, we acknowledge elders past, present and emerging.
Ridgeline Youth Theatre was established in 2025 through Blue Mountains Drama, run by Georgia Adamson. At the beginning of this year, our class of 15-19 year olds decided they were ready for bigger projects and after some discussion, we transitioned from a drama class into a youth theatre company, and so, Ridgeline was born!
We are a strong, collaborative team, and the support we show one another makes us unstoppable. Since becoming a youth theatre, we've organised our first show How to vote, taking place in November of this year. It will be our first ever ticketed performance and the first show we've performed outside of our rehearsal space. It will also be longest play we've ever done.
This performance is a huge step forward for us, and almost quite surreal considering only a year ago none of this was on the table for discussion. And we're not stopping there - our youth theatre company is preparing to expand and ready to perform larger scale productions. We hope to branch out further into the creative arts in our local community, and hopefully help other young people like us pursue their love of acting.
So join us in story-telling, and let your passions come alive.
Thank you to Camille Walsh for our photos.
